Recording of Deeds
كتابة الحسنات والسيئات
إنَّ اللَّهَ كَتَبَ الْحَسَنَاتِ وَالسَّيِّئَاتِ، ثُمَّ بَيَّنَ ذَلِكَ
Translation
Allah has written good deeds and bad deeds, then He clarified this.

Explanation
This Hadith Qudsi explains how deeds are recorded: intended good deeds are rewarded, performed good deeds multiply. Intended bad deeds aren't recorded, and committed ones are recorded as one.
