The One who loves us SO much
Ar-Rahman means Allah's love is SO big that it covers the whole world! Every creature feels His mercy.
Example:
Allah sends rain to water the plants, gives food to the birds, and takes care of every animal - that's His Rahman love!

Al-Khaliq
The Creator
The Maker of everything
Al-Khaliq means Allah is the Creator. He made everything from nothing! No one helped Him.
Example:
You need clay to make a pot, but Allah doesn't need anything to create. He just says "Be!" and it is!

As-Sami
The All-Hearing
Allah hears everything
As-Sami means Allah hears everything - your duas, your words, even the thoughts in your heart. He hears the tiny ant walking and the fish swimming in the deep ocean!
Example:
Even when you're alone and scared, you can talk to Allah and He hears every word.

Al-Basir
The All-Seeing
Allah sees everything
Al-Basir means Allah sees everything - what we do in the light and in the dark, when people are watching and when we're alone.
Example:
Even a black ant on a black rock on a dark night - Allah sees it! Nothing is hidden from Him.
6الرَّزَّاق
Ar-Razzaq
The Provider
The One who gives us everything we need
Ar-Razzaq means Allah provides everything you need - food, water, air, family, home, and so much more!
Example:
The apple you eat, the water you drink, the clothes you wear - all from Ar-Razzaq!
7الغَفُور
Al-Ghafur
The Forgiving
The One who forgives when we say sorry
When you make a mistake and say "sorry Allah" with your heart, He forgives you! Al-Ghafur loves to forgive!
Example:
If you said something mean and feel bad, tell Allah you're sorry. He will forgive you!
8الوَدُود
Al-Wadud
The Loving
The One who loves us with special love
Al-Wadud means Allah loves you with a special, warm love! He loves His servants who worship Him and do good.
Example:
When you pray, give charity, or are kind, Allah's love for you grows even more!
9الحَفِيظ
Al-Hafiz
The Protector
The One who keeps us safe
Al-Hafiz protects you! He keeps you safe from dangers you can see and dangers you can't even see!
Example:
When you're scared of the dark or thunder, remember Al-Hafiz is protecting you.
10العَلِيم
Al-Alim
The All-Knowing
Allah knows everything
Allah knows EVERYTHING! He knows what you're thinking, what you did yesterday, and what will happen tomorrow!
Example:
You don't have to explain things to Allah when you make dua - He already knows what's in your heart!
11الكَرِيم
Al-Karim
The Generous
The One who gives so many gifts
Al-Karim gives and gives and gives! He never runs out of gifts and He loves to give!
Example:
Even if everyone in the world asked Allah for something, He could give everyone everything without running out!

As-Salam
The Peace
The One who gives peace
As-Salam means Allah is Peace and He gives peace. When you feel worried, ask Allah for peace in your heart!
Example:
When Muslims meet, we say "Assalamu Alaikum" - Peace be upon you! This is sharing Allah's peace.
13النُّور
An-Nur
The Light
The One who guides us
An-Nur means Allah is Light. He guides us like a light guides you in the dark. The Quran and Islam are Allah's light!
Example:
When you don't know what to do, ask Allah for guidance - His light will show you the way!
14المَلِك
Al-Malik
The King
King of everything
Al-Malik means Allah is the King of everything! Not just one country, but the whole universe! The sun, moon, stars, Earth - all belong to Him!
Example:
Human kings rule small lands. Allah is King of the heavens, the Earth, and everything we can't even see!
15القُدُّوس
Al-Quddus
The Holy
The most perfect, pure
Al-Quddus means Allah is perfectly pure and holy. He has no mistakes, no faults, nothing wrong at all - only perfection!
Example:
We make mistakes, but Allah never does. Everything He does is perfectly right.
